Full OBM support for the business owner who is running the business and managing everything in it. I come in as your OBM and strategic partner. I learn your business, manage the backend, lead the execution, and keep things moving so you can stay focused on the work only you can do.
One dedicated day to build, fix, or finally cross off that project that's been staring at you from your to-do list. We map it out together and I handle the execution for you.
A focused 90-minute session to untangle what’s keeping you stuck and get clear on your next steps, so you can walk away with a plan you can actually put into action. (Fair warning: this call tends to feel like a therapy session for your business, in the best possible way.)
